RECENT PROJECT
I've partnered and led multi-million dollar enterprise level projects serving the non-profit industry. The most recent project has been a new venture for my organization to provide a multi-tenant CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system across our entire enterprise of 1800 local chapters comprised of 13,000 staff. This platform was released in July 2020 (in the midst of COVID) and is the first CRM that will bring our entire network into one environment where we serve our customer base as a unified organization.
